Abstract
The rapid growth of data volumes and computational demands has led organizations to rethink the traditional Data Center model. This thesis examines the transformation of a conventional enterprise Data Center and its transition to Cloud-based infrastructures, emphasizing the role of web-based tools and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
The study analyzes traditional Data Center architectures, virtualization and storage technologies, and modern Cloud Computing models. Particular emphasis is placed on Cloud Migration strategies, including workload assessment and the application of the 6Rs framework. Furthermore, the thesis explores the use of Artificial Intelligence for infrastructure optimization, cost management, capacity planning, and anomaly detection.
A real-world enterprise-based case study is presented, demonstrating the practical application of hybrid Cloud architectures supported by AI-driven tools. The results highlight improved scalability, cost efficiency, and operational resilience. The thesis concludes with an analysis of future trends, including energy consumption, advanced networking, and the exponential growth of Artificial Intelligence.
